We start with intent. What the space has to do, who moves through it, what it has to mean when they leave. Brand, audience, site and constraints, before a single idea is drawn.
Concept and story, developed into space — through form, material, light, sound and motion. We design to what can be built, not to what renders well.
We represent your intent through fabrication and installation — reviewing shop drawings, aligning vendors, approving samples and mockups, and protecting what was promised. This is where most projects quietly lose what made them good.

Simara +CO Studios
Simara de Oliveira is an architect and urbanist. She trained and practised in Brazil, then spent over a decade in North America leading the delivery of complex experiential environments — welcome centres, museum galleries, and brand environments for Fortune 500 companies and cultural institutions.
She founded +CO Studios to return to the front of the process: concept, story and design direction. What makes that work different is the decade spent on the other side of the table: a builder's understanding of what's actually possible.
At +CO, we believe the spaces we inhabit and the experiences we share have the power to shape our world. We were founded to reconnect with the creative process — the environments we navigate, the people we meet, the moments we keep. Design isn't only about how something looks. It's about how it makes us feel.
